Dr. Chris has built a unique and diverse career spanning healthcare, medicine, research, public health, entrepreneurship, and preventive medicine. Over the past 20 years, he has gained extensive international experience in a variety of leadership and clinical roles, including Clinic Manager, Surgical Coordinator, Researcher in Health & Safety and Risk Assessment within European Union-funded programs, Healthcare Advisor to the UK Department of Health and Social Care, Ministry of Health, and Doctor in General Medicine and Surgery.

Alongside his medical career, he successfully applied his entrepreneurial vision by founding a healthcare company in Cyprus in 2016. The company experienced significant growth and was acquired in 2021 by the country’s leading provider of medical and surgical equipment.

Throughout his professional journey, Dr. Chris developed a strong conviction that preventing disease is far more effective than treating chronic illness after it has developed. This realization led him to focus on Lifestyle Medicine, Preventive Medicine, and Longevity Medicine, with the goal of helping individuals optimize their health, vitality, and quality of life.

Over the years, he has worked with some of the world’s leading wellness and medical institutions in Switzerland. His experience includes key positions within the internationally renowned Chenot® Group and The Kusnacht Practice AG, one of the world’s most exclusive private medical treatment centers. As a Consultant Doctor, Wellness Coach, and Doctor in Integrative and Lifestyle Medicine, he specialized in preventive healthcare, medical wellness, human performance optimization, nutrition, exercise medicine, gut health, orthomolecular medicine, and healthy aging.

In October 2024, Dr. Chris joined Longevity Center AG in Zürich, where he played an important role in the center’s expansion and relocation to one of the city’s most prestigious addresses, the Rotes Schloss. As a Longevity Doctor, he focused on evidence-based strategies for healthy aging, disease prevention, health optimization, and extending healthspan through Lifestyle Medicine and personalized preventive care.

As of Spring 2026, Dr. Chris serves as a Lifestyle, General Medicine and Longevity Doctor within two primary care organizations in Zürich, Switzerland. His clinical focus is centered on prevention, longevity, metabolic health, healthy aging, and evidence-based Lifestyle Medicine, helping individuals achieve optimal health, performance, and long-term wellbeing.
